Annual Thanksgiving Blessing Bag Event

We are now accepting donations 

We are changing things up this year.  Since we can get many of the Blessing Bag food items for cost from Gleaners and since we can approach stores to get items donated, we are asking for everyone to please donate to provide one or more home cooked meals for our guests.

Donations will go toward the purchase of non-perishable food items as well as a gift certificate from Butterball, a well-known food company. Families will be able to use the certificate to purchase their own meat item of choice. The non-perishable items, as well as the $12 Butterball gift certificate, will be placed in the Pantry of Hope Blessing Bags which will be distributed to the community on Saturday, November 22nd.

We will also have an event if you'd like to come help put the Blessing Bags together on Thursday November 20th.

A $20 donation supports one family to prepare their own home cooked meal which they can enjoy in their home with their family and friends.  Please consider donating one or more meals so that we can support our community in having a blessed Thanksgiving.  THANK YOU!
